Question:

We have a Rocky Mount Backstage 2 swing out bike rack. Would we be able to use the swing out option of our bike rack since it will be used on the back of our pickup truck hauling our Lance Truck camper. Will the Swagman bike cover work on swing out bike rack?

You should be able to use the swing-out option on the RockyMounts BackStage 2 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Swinging # RKY10002 when mounted on your truck's hitch receiver when your truck has a truck-bed camper installed. You will just want to make sure the camper is not extended out past your truck's hitch pin hole more than 7" since the closest part of the bike rack to the hitch pin hole is 7". If your camper hangs over the side of the bed quite a bit then it is possible that it could interfere with the swing-out function of the RockyMounts bike rack.
