The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TGMRCK25D you were looking at for your 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4x4 are 5-1/4" tall without the 1" spacer, or 6-1/4" tall with it. You want 1" - 1-1/2" gap between the # TGMRCK25D and the axle so if this gap is 6-1/4" - 6-3/4" you won't need the included spacer, or if the measurement is 7-1/4" - 7-3/4" you will need the included 1" spacer.
I included a video of the # TGMRCK25D being installed for you to take a look at.
