Question:
I have a 2020 Winnebago View, 2” receiver. I would like to transport 2 Lectric XP Step-thru folding bikes, 63 lbs each w/battery, 4” tires. Will the bikes fit on this Thule rack? We travel extensively so I’m a little concerned the weight of both bikes is very close to max capacity.

The Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # TH903202 is an excellent choice for your 2 electric step-thru bikes. This is your best option for your step-thru bikes since it can be easily-adjusted to accommodate different frame designs. Since your bikes are under the weight capacity you will not have to worry, but for more reassurance you could remove the batteries if they are easily accessible. You will, however, need to add Fat Bike Straps # TH985101 which can hold up to 4-11/16" wide tires (this kit comes with straps sufficient for both bikes).
This carrier stands out when comparing it to other electric bike carriers in the fact that it comes with a 36" ramp for easy loading or unloading. You can add Extra-Long Loading Ramp 53" Long # TH933402 to make it even easier on you. Another nice feature is the built-in locks that keep your bikes secured to the rack and also keep your bike rack secured to the 2" receiver. This is a very high quality bike rack and you will not have to worry about it failing when your bikes are under the weight limit. I attached a couple demonstration videos for you to check out.
