Can you carry 2 fat bikes on a 4 bike swagman. Worried about weight.

Yes you can! There are many fat tire bikes out there that are within the 35 lbs weight capacity per bike that the Swagman XTC4 # S64665 has. Note that while using the fat tire wheel adapter # S64674 will allow you to carry fatbikes, you still can't carry heavy e-bikes or any bike over 35 lbs.
A single Rambo E-bike is usually over 50 lbs and would put too much weight at one point of the rack. Even if it's a 4-bike rack with a total capacity of 140 lbs, that weight still needs to be evenly distributed throughout the rack. For heavier electric bikes, Swagman has the E-Spec # S94FR with a weight capacity of up to 70 lbs per bike.
