Will Replacement Receiver Insert Fit Swagman Jackknife Bike Rack

Question:

I know swagman no longer manufactures the jackknife but I was wondering if you might know whether the P313 replacement receiver insert would work on a 1.25 inch hollow shank for a jackknife 2 bike rack? I currently have another that is anti-rattle but it does not lock so was hoping to find a replacement that would allow me to lock it

I reached out to the manufacturer, Swagman, concerning the fit of the Replacement Receiver Insert for Swagman Bike Racks - Hitch End # P313 on your Swagman Jackknife Bike Rack and was told it would work for your 1-1/4 inch hollow shank.

Specifically, they told me, "The P313 will fit if it is the 1-1/4“ bar that came with the 2 bike version. If they have the 2” receiver bar it should be built in."
