Question:

I have a 2007 Hornet Hideout 31BHS travel trailer that I would like to replace both drain valves. Im not sure which parts that I need to accomplish this. Can you assist with the proper product to replace the existing valves?

The gate valves you are referring to usually come in 1-1/2" and 3" - most often 3". These gate valves are usually in your trailers "wet bay" and only need a short pull handle. But sometimes they are located nearer to the tank and require a long cable on the valve.

For 3" valve with short handle use the Valterra # T1003VP valve
For 3" valve with cable use the Valterra # T1003PBC valve

For 1-1/2" with short handle use the Valterra # T1001VP valve
For 1-1/2" with cable use the Bristol # 34466N11AB Waste Valve
