The rear roof antenna on the 2017 Ford Escape sticks up above the front to back rails. What is a good cross rail rack for transporting a Stand Up Paddleboard?

We can get your 2017 Ford Escape with raised side rails set up with a roof rack to carry your stand-up paddleboard, and the rack I really like is from Rhino-Rack, and consists of the following parts:
- Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA126B-2
- Rhino-Rack SX Series Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars - Raised Factory Side Rails # RRSX100
The reason I recommend this Rhino-Rack for your '17 Escape over other options is because it is easily the best value among available roof racks. What you get with Rhino-Rack is a more economical option than similar name-brand roof racks without sacrificing quality. Basically, with Rhino-Rack you aren't just paying more to have a specific name on the crossbars, you are just getting a high-quality, quiet, strong roof rack for your Escape.
I have added a link below to a video install of this rack on a similar model year Escape, and when we installed it we found it was about 2-1/2 inches from the roof to the top of the crossbar. What you may be able to do if that isn't enough to clear the antenna is position your SUP off to the side and then you can carry it with the Rhino-Rack SUP and Surfboard Pads with Tie-Downs - 21-1/2" Long # RRRWP03.
Or if you want to try and get above the antenna you will need a carrier that sits on top of the crossbars, and you can add about 2-1/2 more inches of height with the Lockrack Adjustable Watersport Carrier - Kayak, Canoe, or 2 SUPs # LR54FR
