The Thule Apex Swing XT Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Swinging # TH9027XT typically fits most Jeeps with spare tires on the back, but you will need to take a measurement to verify. The distance from the hitch receiver pin hole to the closest part of the bike rack is 7-1/4". You will need to measure from your receiver's hitch pin hole to the rearmost part of the spare tire as shown in the photo I attached. If your measurement is less than 7-1/4" then it will work without interfering with the spare tire. I also included a demonstration video for you to check out.
