I am happy to inform you that we do have a rack that can support 2 fat-tire e-bikes up to 80 pounds each!

It's the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes, part # HLY84FR. It's a frame-mount bike rack for 2" Class III hitches. The wheel hoops support tires up to 5" wide, and the anti-rattle handle reduces movement of rack in hitch receiver. It has the fold-up and tilt-away features and a hitch lock.
