We do have a couple of trailer hitch receiver that fit your 2021 Honda CR-V (non-hybrid), which I confirmed with the manufacturers for you. The options you can choose from are from Curt or Draw-Tite:

- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13397

- Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT79MR

Both are 2" hitch receivers, but between the two options, the one I highly recommend is the Draw-Tite, and the reason for that is when we installed the Draw-Tite on a '21 CR-V we found it had better ground clearance than the Curt. This is important to help ensure your rack won't scrape the ground when going over bumps or steep inclines.
