I am asking for a recommendation for the best base plate for a 2012 Corolla with a Brute Elite II. Thanks

Manual transmission equipped models of the 2012 Toyota Coralla are capable of being flat towed.

The cool thing about the Ready Brute Elite II tow bar is that it's compatible with the Roadmaster # 1188-3 direct connect base plates without needing to use an adapter. That integrated braking feature is pretty cool, too!

In addition to the base plates and tow bar, you'll also need safety cables like # RM-643 and a wiring solution like # RM-15247.

If the 15.5 inch installed height of the base plate has more than a 3 inch height difference compared to the receiver on the motorhome, you'll also need a high/low adapter. I'll link you to our selection of adapters, and to an article that shows how to choose the correct adapter.
