I have a champion sliding hitch that goes in the B and W turnover ball can it be converted to a 2018 Ram puck system

Yes! You can remove the hitch head from your existing B&W Companion hitch and put it on the Replacement Slider Base for B&W OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Ram Towing Prep Package - 20K # BWRVB3670. This base fits into the factory pucks on the 2018 Ram 3500 and will give you a sliding hitch for your new Ram 3500.
If you don't need a sliding hitch for this truck then you can swap your hitch head to the Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ram # BWRVB3600.
