Question:
If I put a couple 12 volt hot wires into a 7 round plug and a 4 way I understand the Echo will handle the braking. I have a 2021 Sienna. Thanks

The Curt Echo # C51180 is designed to work in place of having a traditionally mounted brake controller inside your vehicle. It will allow you to handle all controls from your smart phone and is easily used on multiple vehicles and trailers with the ability to save 5 different profiles. I would suggest using our Universal Installation Kit # ETBC7 to mount your 7-Way. It gives you the correct gauge wires, and circuit breakers to ensure you don't run into issues later.
If you are still in need of the 4-way connection I do recommend our T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK69FR as it is one of the few kits that plugs into your Sienna with no splicing of the tail light wiring.
And we do have the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C22UR for your Toyota Sienna as well. It is custom fit to your vehicle and will require no drilling or welding.
