There are different routes to accomplish what you want, obliviously each with differing advantages. At present I do not see a traditional style trunk mount available for your specific vehicle that is a confirmed fit. There is however, the uniquely designed SeaSucker products. The Mini Bomber # 298-BM2006, is a two-bike roof mounted bike rack that is vacuum cup mounted. A three-bike version in # 298-BB3008. Four vacuum cups allow the rack to attach to your vehicle in seconds and it won't scratch or dent your car. To install the rack, make sure the mounting surface is clean and place the rack on your roof, trunk, or window glass then press the pump several times until the orange band disappears. To break the seal simply pull the T-shaped tab. This is the most straight forward way to provide a bike rack on your 2018 Jaguar F-Pace. It is removable when not needed and easily transfers to other vehicles in seconds as it is not permanent.

The route I suggest you take is to install a trailer hitch and use a hitch mounted bike rack, such as the Curt # C13291 trailer Hitch Receiver that it is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Jaguar F-Pace. This custom fit Class III - 2" hitch has a tongue weight of 900 lbs. no worry about overloading with even the heavier ebikes. The advantage here is that you will load the bike from the bike of vehicle and not have to reach above the roof line. This will also allow the use of a cargo carrier if that was ever to be needed. Or, a trailer, with addition of ball mount and wiring harness.

For the bike rack I recommend a platform style bike rack with tilt away feature, such as the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Platform Rack # SH22G. This platform-style carrier holds 2 bikes by the wheels with ratcheting hooks and pivoting cradles - no frame contact. Foot lever tilts rack down with bikes loaded for cargo area access and folds it up for storage. Includes locks for bike and rack.
