I do have a solution for you, however, the Thule TracRac TracONE Ladder Rack # TH27000XTB installs by clamping onto the truck bed rails and will not work with Pace Edwards UltraGroove Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # PE68CV. The Pace Edwards Tonneau Cover has a built-in channel to mount a ladder rack such as Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack. For 68" crossbar version go with # Y01151-5855, for 78" version go with # Y01151-5955.
The Pace Edwards Tonneau Cover # PE68CV is retractable and can be stopped in 12" intervals along the bed. There are heavy duty weather seals and water drains built-in to protect your in-bed cargo from the elements. The Yakima OverHaul Ladder Rack has a built-in top channel for channel-mounted accessories. There are built-in lock cores to secure the Yakima uprights to the bed of the truck. Another unique feature is the bottle-opener that is built into the ladder rack which will come in handy wherever you are. I have attached a demonstration video for the Yakima ladder rack.
