There is an option for you to add length, though there are no longer than standard valves. So what you could do is add a valve extender to the Firestone Inflation Valve for 1/4" Tubing # F3032-1.
You would be able to add length by utilizing the Wheel Masters Tire Pressure Valve Extenders - Straight - 2" Long # WM80292 or 3" Long # WM80293.
