Hi, are BandW or Curt hitches compatible with the Demco underbed rail kit? or will I need a Demco hitch to fit this? Thanks!

The Demco # DR37FR Underbed Rail Kit you'd looked at is only compatible with the Demco Hijacker Underbed Mount Series (UMS) 5th-wheel and gooseneck trailer hitches such as:
• Hijacker UMS Gooseneck Hitch # DM5988
• Hijacker UMS 20K Double Pivot 5th Wheel Hitch # DM8550032
• Hijacker 18K Autoslide # DM8550022
• Hijacker 21K Autoslide # DM8550037
For an underbed mount for a sliding B&W Companion hitch like # BWRVK3400-5W, you'd need their Turnover Ball Gooseneck hitch like # BWGNRK1020-5W
