We have a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country with side rails that transform into cross rails. What kayak racks can you recommend that will work with that system?

I did some research on your 2013 Chrysler Town And Country. It sounds to me like you have a factory crossbar setup similar to the one shown in the photo that I've attached. If so, then you can mount Thule Compass Kayak and SUP Carrier # TH890000 on the crossbars.

This can hold up to 2 kayaks vertically (on their sides), 1 kayak horizontally (flat), or 2 stand-up-paddle boards horizontally (flat). The carrier itself weighs about 20lbs and has a weight capacity of 130lbs; you will want to check your owner's manual to verify your roof's weight capacity which you do not want to exceed.
