Hi, Can you please let me know whether there is any difference between etrailer part # e98906 and the draw tite part 75658? Both are 2 receivers for VW Tiguan.

The Draw-Tite, part # 75658 (no longer available), and the etrailer, part # e98906, are essentially the same receiver hitch and will perform the same. These are two different manufacturers that offer hitches of similar design, the real difference is in the product name and price.
Along with the hitch you are considering you may also need the following items.
