How To Tow Military Trailer with Lunette Ring Using 2" Hitch
Updated 06/26/2020 | Published 06/25/2020 >
Question:
Hi. Ive got an old military trailer that has a 3inch pintle lunette. I will be pulling it almost exclusively in the woods, with a tractor with a 2inch receiver adapter. What choices do I have in hitches that will result in the least slop? Thanks

It sounds like you are looking for a hitch mounted pintle hook to use the lunette ring mounted on your military trailer. If that is the case then the Curt Pintle Hook part # C48004 is what I recommend. That said, there really isn't one that will be more secure than another.
