Adapter to Use Weight Distribution with 3 inch Hitch

Question:
I have an E2 Weight Distribution hitch, for my 2021 Ford Explorer. I would like to purchase a similar item that will work with the same anti-sway and weight distribution bars for my 2018 F-350 with a 3 receiver. Does Fastway make such a thing, or is there a new 3 shank I can buy, that will work in conjunction with a new e2 weight distribution hitch?

Since at this time there isn't a weight distribution shank that fits the 3 inch hitch size your best option would be the 3 inch to 2 inch hitch adapter part # 337RTA302 which will work directly with the shank you have now.
