I may have an option for you, but there is not a 7000lb axle that can be used with hubs that use the 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern.
We offer the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles - 95" Long - 7,000 lbs # 8327834 which is 95" long measured hub face to hub face, and has a spring center to spring center measurement of 80" as shown in the included diagram.
If you need to move the spring centers to match your trailer you can remove the current ones and weld the # TRSS300 in the correct location for your application.
For hubs you can use the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly - 5,200-lb, 6,000-lb and 7,000-lb Axles # 42865-KIT or Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 7K lb E-Z Lube Axle # 42866UC3-EZ with Electric Brake Assembly # AKEBRK-7-SA.
All of the hubs offered for 7000lb axles use the 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern.
Included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
