Question:

Hi, We are picking up a Nucamp Boondock Edge T@G trailer next month. One thing we would like to do is replace the fenders that come with the trailer with fenders that we can use as a step. Can you recommend any options you might have? Thank you!

We do offer step fenders that would be compatible with the 13 inch wheels on your Nucamp Boondock Edge T@G teardrop camper.

I'd recommend the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fenders w/ Top and Side Steps, part # CE19503-2. The fenders are constructed of durable polypropylene that won't corrode and would mount to the trailer using the existing brackets, and have a 300 lb capacity each. The fenders have 3 steps, one on top and one on either side that would help make accessing the roof of your camper much easier.
