I have a 2018 Ford Explorer XLT with roof rails an no crossbars. Can the Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket for Factory Rails - 60 Long x 50 Wide Item # SPS5060-1101be mounted directly to the factory rails?
