Question:

Is there a difference between model C113833 and C11383 - Fitting a 2012 Mazdaspeed3? They look to be the same hitch/receiver but just C113833 comes with receiver? Please let me know if either of these will work with a 2012 Mazda Mazdaspeed3

You are correct, the only difference between the Curt Hitch # C113833 and the Curt Hitch # C11383 is that the # C113833 comes with a ball mount and the # C11383 does not.

Either of these hitches would work well for you as long as you have a hatchback, if you have a sedan you would want a # C11393 or a # C113933 if you want a ball mount as well.
