I am getting a 2021 Ram 3500 with 5th wheel prep. I also plan on getting a BandW Companion OEM slider. My question is will a Retrax Pro close over the hitch? Thanks!

For your 2021 Ram 3500 long bed with the factory fifth wheel prep package the B and W Companion hitch part # BWRVK3670 that fits to it would easily fit under a RetraxPro like the part # RT80233 which fits your truck as well. If you had a short bed the tonneau you'd need is part # RTT-80232 instead.
Since the handle of the hitch does not extend up taller than the head of it there would be no vertical clearance issue.
