The Curt Class III # C99FR will fit your 2021 Toyota Highlander! You may want a ball mount # C45534 and wiring #C59496 to be able to utilize your new hitch. If you're looking for a cargo carrier # e98874 is a good option. I have an installation video for a 2020 Highlander that you can watch to help with the install!
