Can i buy one thule tracrac base rail and sliding rack or do they come in pairs only

The Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack you were looking at cannot be purchased with only one upright and base rail, it only can be purchased as a complete system.
To determine the correct system for your 2014 Ford F-150 you will need to know the length of your bed and select one of the following racks:
5-1/2' Bed # TH43002XT-508
6-1/2' Bed # TH43002XT-501
8' Bed # TH43002XT-000
