Parts Needed to Convert Dometic Manual Pull Awning to Electrical

Question:

I have a Keystone Spring 26.7 travel trailer. I am interested in replacing the manual pull down awning with an electrical awning. At present the awning is a Domestic sunchaser 834av21.401.Do you have a replacement that will work? Thanks

You can replace the arms on your Dometic manual pull down awning with electrical arms, which is usually a much more convenient and cost effective option than replacing the entire awning itself. To replace the arms you can use either part # LC434723 for Black or part # LC434724 for White, which are 69" awning arms that will connect to your existing awning setup and are powered through your RV battery.

There is also a version of this upgrade that comes with it's own 18v battery, which are available with part # LC434729 (black) or # LC434730 (white).

If you'd like to replace the whole system, just let me know how long (wide) your current awning is and I can recommend the entire replacement kit that will work for you. I've also linked some review videos of these parts for you to check out.
