What is the difference between Item # AKEBRK-7L-SA and item # 023-464? It appears that both will fit my axle. Thank you

The difference between the two is just the brand basically as they are both the left hand side brake assemblies for a 7,000 lb axles and are self adjusting. The # 23-464 is the Dexter brand and # AKEBRK-7L-SA is our etrailer brand.
