Question:

I own a Ford F-150 2018 four-wheel drive sport super cab. The tire size is 275/55/20. Could you recommend the best fitting tire chain set that would fit on the front and rear wheels for this truck. I would also like to purchase chain tensioners in addition your recommendations would be highly needed.

According to the Owner's Manual, Ford only recommends tire cable chains for use on the 2018 F150, and only on the following tire sizes:

• 245/70R17
• 265/70R17
• 265/60R18

I'd recommend reaching out to your Ford dealer to see if it's advisable to use cable chains on your truck with that particular tire size so you'll have enough clearance to the wheel wells and to the inside of the tire.
