Question:

Will this work with a BandW Patriot Slider? Also is this my only option? Was looking at the Similar Demco, but it t says, it won’t work with Patriot Slider. Thanks

The Curt OEM Fifth Wheel Adapter Rails # C88KR fits the factory puck system on your 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 and supports the industry-standard rails, but I cannot confirm fitment with the B&W Patriot Slider Fifth Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3270. As you mentioned, other adapters state that it will not work with the Patriot Slider, so it may also be the case here. I contacted B&W and was told that they do not know of an adapter that will work. My contact at Curt told me that he cannot confirm fitment either, so it is a good idea to go a different route and find a 5th wheel hitch that is guaranteed to fit your puck system on your Sierra 2500.

If your GMC has the 8' bed, then I recommend Demco Hijacker Premier Series Double Pivot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM6076P-16K with adapter # DM6333. This hitch and adapter will fit onto your factory puck system and has a gross towing weight of 21,000lbs with vertical load limit of 5,250lbs. If your GMC has the 6-3/4' bed, then use the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Ultra Slide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # DM6076P-UL-21K and the same adapter # DM6333. This setup also has a gross towing weight of 21,000lbs with vertical load limit of 5,250lbs.
