How To Install Cargo Carrier On Shuttle Bus With 4"x7 Rear Bumper

i want the 24x84 carrier but my bumper is 4x7 can you make this carrier work on my schuttle bus?

I have another option for you, but the 24x84 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e96ZR you were looking at is only designed to work with 4" x 4" or 4-1/2" x 4" square RV bumpers and will not fit the 4" x 7" square bumper you have on your shuttle bus.
Instead I recommend installing a trailer hitch receiver on your vehicle using either a custom fit receiver (If available) or having a universal hitch like the # 41990-07 installed.
With a trailer hitch receiver installed you can then use a hitch mounted cargo carrier like the 24x60 Reese Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # 63153 to carry additional cargo.
If you can tell me the Year/Make/Model of you shuttle bus, I would be happy to confirm the best trailer hitch receiver for you.
