Do you balance tires on your wheel and tire sets?

We do not balance our wheel and tire combos like the Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10" Galvanized Wheel # AM3H400 in general trailer wheels and tires are not balanced and even when they are done the weights typically fall off since trailer suspension is much rougher.
