Hello, Is this rack able to fold up on my car with a curt hitch? Thanks!

The Curt hitch part # C13290 you have installed on your 2017 Mercedes Benz GLC300 has 6 inches from the center of its hitch pin hole out to the rear bumper and the Swagman XTC4 part # S64665 only has 3-1/2 inches from its pin hole to the nearest portion of the rack when folded up so it would not have the clearance needed.
The closest bike rack to this that does have the clearance to fold up would be the Swagman Quad 2+2 part # S64FR which has 7-3/4 inches from pin hole to nearest portion of rack when folded.
