I have an option for you, but there is not a 5-way connector that is custom fit for your 2020 Ram 3500 and will allow to also hook up a trailer.
I recommend using the Hopkins Wiring Harness with 5-Pole Flat Trailer Connector - Vehicle End - 5' Long Item # HM37908, and if it is not long enough to reach from the back of your truck to the headache rack you can add Bonded 4 Wire # 16-4B-1 and Primary Wire # 16-1-1 which are sold by the foot, to give you extra length. If you need to extend the wires you will also need # DW05744-5 to make a secure connection.
You will then need 5 splice connectors # SWC502905-1 and a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to identify the functions of the wires of your factory harness that you need to splice into.
The 5-way connector will need to wired as followed:
Blue wire to vehicle reverse lights
Green wire to vehicle passenger turn signal
Yellow wire to vehicle driver turn signal
Brown wire to vehicle running lights
White wire to ground
To make the harness blend in a little better you can also add wire loom # 7509-10 to cover the wires, and use electrical tape # PP47FR to tape around the wire loom every few feet to make sure it doesn't open up.
