For your 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 I recommend the Firestone Sport-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2320 which offers a 3000lb load leveling capacity to support your factory suspension when towing or carrying heavy cargo in the bed of your truck. Keep in mind that suspension enhancement is designed to support your suspension, and will not increase the payload or towing capacities of your vehicle.

Air bags are a great suspension enhancement option due to the adjustability to support your suspension when needed with up to 100PSI of air pressure, or to air the bag down to the minimum air pressure of 10 PSI when you do not need additional support to avoid changes in the ride of your vehicle.

The manual valves included with the # F2320 will allow you to manually add air to the air bags which can be aired up separately letting you level your truck even if you have an un-even load, or you can use an on-board air compressor like the Firestone Air Command II # F2219 to air up the air bags with the touch of a button.

Regarding leaf springs, we do not offer any leaf spring replacement options for your truck. If you need new leaf springs I recommend purchasing them from a local auto parts store.
