Is there any way to mount a crossbar other than the Yakima Round Bar onto a Rack and Roll trailer?

I have another option for you but unfortunately the Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer # Y08107 cannot accept any other style of crossbar, as it was only designed to use the round Yakima crossbars.
Instead I recommend the Yakima EasyRider Double Decker Trailer # Y08129 which uses the Yakima HD Crossbars, has a upper and lower level allowing you to store kayaks or canoes on either level.
The cool part about the two levels is that you can store the kayaks or canoes on the lower level and use the upper level to for other accessories like the Yakima SkinnyWarrior Roof Rack Cargo Basket # Y07014 or the Yakima SkyRise HD Tent for Roof Rack Crossbars # Y07436 to make the ultimate kayak trailer ready for any adventure.

This is confusing. I have a Rack and Roll which I bought used and it does not have round bars– they are rectangular. The mounts don't look different than in the photos from Yakima. I can post pics but I don't know how to add them here.
