I'm assuming you're speaking of a trailer wiring harness, correct?

I'd recommend the OEM style 7-way/4-pole connector, part # N40975 which would provide both a 7-way and a 4-pole trailer connector. The kit includes a mounting bracket and the relays needed to activate the tow package. If you're wanting to mount the connector to the hitch itself, it's not recommended to drill directly into the hitch. I'd recommend using a no-drill bracket like # 18136. I'll link you to an install video showing how to complete the install.

If you haven't yet decided on a hitch, I'd recommend the US made Curt Class III, part # 13199. For a ball mount, use # 2753 along with # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch trailer ball or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball. I've also linked to an install video for the hitch I recommended.

If your trailer has brakes, you'll also need a brake controller to actuate them. Your truck is already prewired for a brake controller, so the install would be super-easy. I'd recommend a basic proportional controller like the Tekonsha Primus, part # TK90160. You'll also need the # 3050-P wiring harness that allows you to plug in the controller to the connector located under the dash as shown in the linked video.
