We do have a baseplate that will work with your 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, however, it's not the one you were originally considering. The Demco # DM9519340 baseplate is designed to fit your Trailhawk perfectly. When installing this baseplate, you will still need to remove your factory tow hooks, as the baseplate itself will come out of the front of the vehicle in the exact place where your tow hooks are currently located.

Upon reading the product descriptions, I understand why you might think that the factory tow hooks are the only determining factor between the two vehicle styles and baseplates. However, in addition to the factory tow hooks, your Trailhawk also has a different front frame and front fascia than the standard Cherokee trim, which makes it incompatible with the DM9519338. That is why I'm recommending the DM9519340, it was originally designed to be a perfect match for your 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk's styling and frame.

Make sure you're completely ready for flat towing with a good tow bar, braking system, safety chains, custom wiring harness for your Cherokee, and, if needed, an adjustable mount on the motorhome's receiver- just in case the rise or drop between your motorhome and Wrangler eclipses the margin allowed by your tow bar's manufacturer.
