AM20535 Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - 15 x 6 Rim - 6 on 5-1/2 - Silver Powder Coat - AM20535 Remove Can you tell me is this rim AM20535 will support a St225/75r15 14 ply tire and what kind of valve stem should I go with a steel ? The tire is rated at 110 psi they are going on a 2019 puma pull behind that is 38ft long should I run them at 110 psi ?

The Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel part # AM20535 are more than capable of supporting the 110 PSI you're looking for. This also works with the tire size you have as well.
Use the Americana Metal Bolt-In Valve Stem part # AM20906 which is rated for over 100 PSI and will hold your pressure requirements.
Yes you should run them at the pressures that are stated on your GVWR tag.
