The two parts you mentioned will work together perfectly; the Blue Ox Alpha 2 Tow Bar # BX7380 will fit Blue Ox base plates that are spaced between 16" and 36" apart on center, and the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1843 that fits your 2019 Nissan Frontier has base plate tabs spaced 33-1/2" apart so they're compatible.
