Question:

I have a 2013 Forrest River Wildwood Trav Trailer. The hinge does not seem to match with what Im seeing on your website for replacement. The component mfg states Fantastic Vent. The hinge appears plastic connection and what Im seeing on your website with the hinge connections are short on the outer sides and 2 longer on the inside along vent connection. What I have is opposite that with longer sections on the outer sides and 2 shorter connections on the inside along the vent hinge. It does not appear to attach to a continuous circular piece. Any ideas about what might fit?

I have a good solution for you but I do not have anything that matches your description exactly. Insted a very common replacement part for this is the MaxxAir UniMaxx Universal Replacement Lid for RV and Trailer Roof Vent part # MA00-335001. This is designed to replace the domes on many styles of vent where there is not a good replacement match out there.

This will attach to the vent housing itself with the provided hardware and get you back in good shape. Check out the video on it I have linked for you.
