Is this heater safe to run 24-7 as a main source of heat ? And is it safe to sleep with it on all night?

This is a heating solution that is safe to sleep with the unit on, but you will need to leave a window cracked at all times to allow for combustion to occur.
When it comes to installation/setup, you do need to ensure you have a professional install this, have a window cracked to use the heater, and verify your propane set up meets your local regulations (which is another reason it is required a professional do the installation) but it is safe to use in the manner you're referring to as long as the directions are followed.
