Does the KS81850 mirror fit 2016 Lincoln Navigator? If not is there another mirror that will fit?

For your 2016 Navigator, there is not a custom towing mirror available like the K-Source you mentioned. However, we offer several universal-type mirrors that would work for you. You can see the universal towing mirrors by clicking on the attached link.
The K-Source Universal Clip-On Towing Mirror, part # KS3990 is one of our best sellers. This item will fit your existing mirror as long as the mirror housing has a lip running around the edge for the mounting hooks to attach to. These mirrors are sold individually.
