I have a 2011 F250 and I use the companion that fits into the turnover ball We will be purchasing a 2018 GMC 2500 with the puck system. The turn over ball on the GMC has a round shaft, my existing ford has a square shaft. Can i convert my companion to work on the GMC

Yes, you can use the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3500-5W on a 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 with Pucks. However, there is no way to use the circular gooseneck hole. The only solution to transfer the hitch is with a new base that uses the pucks, the Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVB3700.
