how long before this is ready to go? do i have to wait awhile before i can use my camper or expose it to any elemants?

According to LaSalle Bristol their XTRM sealant like part # 344270341437-1 develops a firm skin in about 2 hours under normal circumstances. Once it has a firm skin the RV can be exposed to the elements.
It fully cures in 5-7 days and at that point it has a density very similar to that of a pencil eraser.
It should also always be installed at no less than 40 degree fahrenheit.
