I may have a solution for you, but judging by the axle dimensions that you've provided it would appear that is a custom axle, so we won't have a solution for that in a stock axle. You could replace your old axles with the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Electric Brake Hubs - Straight Spindle - 3,500 lbs # A35RS545E, which would give you a one stop part to replace your existing axles and suspension components. This kit has the 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern to match your existing wheels and can be installed as a tandem axle setup and provides you with a system with a great suspension that requires very little maintenance; overall this system provides a much smoother towing experience than with a leaf spring suspension.
If you were wanting to custom order your axle we can still get you some of the other parts, as well. The closest match for leaf springs we have are the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 2,000-lb Trailer Axles - 23-1/2" Long # SP-113275, which are an inch shorter but given that springs will elongate with wear, these would be the closest match and will be close. For brakes, you could use the # AKEBRK-2 which are designed for 2000-lbs axles and are a 7" x 1-1/4" assembly designed for trailer wheels that are 10" to 13" in diameter.
I've linked some review videos of these parts for you to check out. I've also linked our entire selection of axles that you can search through to compare with the measurements you have on your trailer to determine if you can make any changes to make them work.
