Please tell me what parts I need to flat tow a 2013 Toyota Corolla S behind a 2018 Fleetwood Pulse. I would like to add a supplemental braking system too. Thank you.

For your 2013 Toyota Corolla, as long as it has a manual transmission you can flat tow it. If that is the case I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms for 2013 Toyota Corolla # 1188-3. Then for a tow bar I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # RM-520 with safety cables # RM-643. Then for your tow bar wiring I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. The supplemental braking you referenced is needed, and I recommend the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251 to make switching into tow mode a simple flip of a switch. You likely will also need a high/low adapter and I've linked the page and an article to assist with measuring.

If it is an automatic transmission then you will instead need to use a tow dolly. I recommend the Demco Kar Kaddy X Tow Dolly w/ Disc Brakes - Tilt Bed Frame - 4,800 lbs - Wide Tread # DM9713093.
