Question:
Please provide the best option for a trailer cover, 12 V Nose 10 + 2 V Nose 67 tall 73 wide single axle single side door - passenger side

Yes, in your situation I'd recommend the ADCO # 290-46002 because it has a zip-up panel that will allow you to have access to the door while it is covered. You'll likely need to draw the cover tighter around the front because the V-Nose won't take up as much covering fabric as a rectangular front would, but this cover will still work well.
